I was born in Newport Beach, California, but I have lived in Colorado most of my life. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychology in 2000 from CU the Springs. My husband and I have known each other since 4th grade and both graduated from Peyton High School. We got married in June 1999 and have 2 boys and 2 girls. We love living in Falcon and our family loves all Colorado teams, especially the Broncos and the Nuggets. We spend most of our time either coaching or watching all of our kids play basketball for Falcon. Although basketball consumes most of our time, we also love to go to the lake and love vacations! I have been with Palmer Chiropractic since September 2017 and have learned the many benefits of getting my children and I adjusted on a regular basis.
A Colorado native, I migrated for 21 years through California, Washington, Arizona and Nevada and returned home in 1998. No stranger to the benefits of chiropractic care, both for lifestyle and crisis, I have received adjustments since I was in high school. Regular chiropractic care, exercise and good nutrition help keep me functioning at my best.
My husband, Mark, and I have four grown daughters with six grandsons and one granddaughter, and two grown sons, the younger of which is experiencing his young boy’s dream of being a Marine. Through education and experience my background includes the business, medical and counseling worlds, but I’m a farm girl at heart and enjoy all types of animals and being outdoors (there’s nothing better than a little “manure therapy”!). Mark and I live with our dog Sammie who contentedly shares our lives at home and on the road. When we’re not working we enjoy reading, working out, traveling and doing our best to make a difference in the lives we touch.
I began working as the office manager for Palmer Chiropractic in 2016, and after a short break I am happy to be back! Dr. Fran and Dr. Rob make coming to work easy, and the people we serve daily are a joy. Give me a call, I’d love to share how you, too, can enjoy the benefits of a chiropractic lifestyle!
I was born and raised in the Midwest (Indiana) and graduated from Bethel College in 1999, where I received an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have called Colorado my home for the past 20 years. I married my best friend, and we have two beautiful daughters. We enjoy living in the country with our many animals. Although I am new to chiropractic care, I am loving the results of my regular adjustments to help me function at my best. I have been with Palmer Chiropractic since October 2018, working as a front desk receptionist, and I am enjoying getting to know our wonderful patients. When I am not in the office, I enjoy singing with my church band and being outdoors, skiing and camping with my family.
